This review is based on DELIVERY. I didn’t eat at the actual restaurant, so it’s just about the food!
This is a Colombian establishment serving Colombian-style hotdogs, arepas, empanadas and other appetizers. When I called to place my order the lady on the phone answered and spoke in Spanish. I know Spanish so I’m not sure if she speaks English or not, but the delivery driver spoke English so you might as well ask if you aren’t a Spanish speaker (don’t be discouraged!)
While the delivery time was estimated at 25 minutes it took almost an hour, so that was a bit annoying. However, the food was great! Total cost of the items was around $15.
My sister and I each had a “SuperPerro” then we shared an empanada and some fries. If you order an empanada you literally get 1, don’t let the picture fool you! The french fries were the thicker cut kind (no ridges but not steak fries) and good.
The hotdogs from Los Perros come with the following toppings: mozzarella cheese, ketchup, mustard, sour cream, pineapple sauce, crushed potato chips and pink sauce. I know that sounds like an incredibly odd combination, but you really can’t taste too much of the components individually.
I was worried about the pineapple sauce but you can barely taste it, it just adds a sweetness to the crunchiness of the crushed chips. The SuperPerro is not too messy or dripping with the above ingredients either. The messiest part are the chips; I didn’t find the ingredients overwhelming–everything came together just fine.
The empanada wasn’t greasy either. It was warm and crispy with a great filling. Delicious.
Next time I plan to get a “ChoriPerro,” which is the SuperPerro but with Colombian sausage instead of a regular hotdog. Next time I may explore their arepas, which is another favorite of mine. Ah, Latin food. So delicious, yet so fattening!
I will definitely check out Los Perros again.

yay!!! Colombian hot dogs have arrived in the hood! located in the same plaza as ‘blockbuster’, this newly open spot won’t let you down.
today’s craving called for Colombian hot dogs & the craving was satisfied! their dogs were delish. the maicito de queso was good too, however, it needs more corn. it is, after all, a maicito.
the decor inside is surprisingly nice! i’m so happy to know that i have a CHD spot near to me. make sure to stop by. they open super duper late too!

This is my favorite drunken dive. If you don’t expect more than that, you will enjoy it for what it is. It’s really yummy even if you aren’t drunk. I love me some empanadas and one of the mega delicious hot dogs. MMMMMM!
Yea, the music is too loud. Yea, it’s always crowded. But oh yea, it hits the spot.

WOW! talk about cravings in utter drunkeness! Los Perros is great for that 4am! The funny thing is the dogs are pretty good sober too! Point blank Los Perros does the trick for any hot dog craving at any time!

By far the BEST hot dogs in Miami! They are absolutely AMAZING!
However, chances are if you don’t speak spanish, you will have a hard time ordering. Mostly everyone that works there is Columbian and don’t speak very good english. The music is always loud! A lot of trance, techno, and house music. If you go late at night, chances are its going to be packed! The food is awesome! The Super Perro and the Maicito con pollo y queso are my favorite, but everything else is still really good! Most of their meals are cheesy but for me it works because I love eating cheesy food!
For a late night craving of hot dogs, go here!!!!!!!

Los perros is the pioneer of the super perro. You can’t get this Colombian delight anywhere better. Their open late and please the masses. The drive can be tedious is coming from the north but well worth it. Second runner up is Maos.

South Beach’s branch of the Kendall favorite Los Perros. The crowd is a bit bigger and maybe more “thumping” in Kendall compared to the South Beach location.
Since this is a Colombian fast food joint, the dogs are probably the thing to eat here – and you won’t have to worry about them closing anytime soon – since they’re open until 3 am weeknights and 6 am weekends!
However, Los Perros do make a yummy LomiPerro, which is what I would be coming back for often! Their LomiPerro is a “beef shish kabob on a bun, with mozarella cheese, ketchup, mustard, sour cream, pink sauce, grinded potato chips, and pineapple sauce. ($6.35)
Oh, and they do delivery… what kind of hamburger and hot dog place does that? Seriously?

Los Perros… lo mejor!!! Anyday you are hungry go to this spot. My fiance and his coworkers found this place and all hell broke out all the Parce’s mouths began to water, eyes glared at large screen tv menu, classic Colombian food! I loved the Pollo de Hamburgesa sin salsa de pina, Postobon and the fries. The tv and music is a great touch.

What time is it? Where am I? I had no idea this place was here. Apparently Los Perros has been in existence for years, tucked into this little corner by the laundromat and the scary market with the dirty windows. I had no idea.
What am I eating? An arepa? Yes, an arepa. It is a sandwich of dense, dry bread filled with shredded meat. In America we would call this “barbecue.” But we are not in America, we are in Miami Beach.
Other orders amongst my table: a chicken sandwich, topped with crumbled POTATO CHIPS–why have I not topped everything I’ve ever eaten with this??!?!?!?!!???!?!?! deeeelicious–and a hot dog…oh, EXCUSE ME, a “perro.” Use the correct terms please. It’s a much fancier foodstuff item when you call it by its name in a language other than English. ‘Cause in English, it’s just a hot dog and that is sucky.
Everything is slathered with mystery sauce, a ketchup/mayonaise concoction that linger with the tingle of chipolte, squirted from a plastic bottle with a horrifyingly-gloppy spout. Let’s pretend we don’t see that.
Why have I never seen this place? Whose sandwich am I eating? Doesn’t matter. More pink mayo-sauce, please.
